Musica Studio’s President Director with extensive experience in re-structuring, expanding and managing the marketing and distribution network of Musica Studio’s. He also experience in establishing music publishing in Indonesia and setting up a publishing company. Effendi is the former Managing Director of PT BMG Music Indonesia. Has Bachelor Degree Business Administration – majoring Marketing and Finance from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver BC, Canada.
Indrawati Widjaja
Musica Studio's Director & Executive Producer. A strong executor, Indrawati discovered many talented musicians across Indonesia, who then became vital contributors into Indonesia’s thriving music industry. Indrawati, a proven leader with successful experience in connecting a multidisciplinary network of musicians, brings a strong, strategic skills set with forecasting mindset into the industry.
Roy Tedjawinata

Musica Studio’s Managing Director and Business Advisor with extensive experience that spans market development and commercialization in music industries markets. Gumilang is the former Managing Director of BMG Entertainment Indonesia. has Bachelor Degree, Business Administration and Management from Pacific State University, California, US.

Meet Benyo, the current Musica Studio’s General Manager. Benyo is an experienced Head Of Artist Management with a demonstrated history of working in the music industry. Along with artist management expertise, Benyo is also a skillful man when it comes to Brand Endorsement, Market Forecasting, Marketing Strategy, and Event Production. Professional with a Bachelor's Degree focused in Accounting from Trisakti University.
